Your virtual consultation is a safe space for you to explore options, get information, and make a personalized plan that feels right. I believe in your right to choose, and will support your decisions with strategies for disease prevention and optimal health.

How much does it cost to work together?

Your consultation rate is based on $5 per minute. Simply select the right consultation based on your needs. Full payment is due before the consultation, but there’s no risk. The value of any unused time is refunded to you immediately at the conclusion of our time together.  You’ll pay for only the time we need to move you forward with confidence.

A typical initial virtual consultation requires 60-90 minutes. This allows me to assess your situation, listen to your questions and concerns, and offer options we can discuss together. However, in some cases, we can chart a path forward in less time. I encourage you to review the scenarios presented below and select the recommended consultation based on your needs.  Remember, there’s no risk to you… the value of any unused time will be refunded to you immediately.
